Your online order is 100% secure. We accept payment through Mastercard, Visa.

Sales Tax:
Orders to Connecticut residents will be charged 6% sales tax. There is no sales tax added to shipments outside of Connecticut. You will receive a confirmation email with all orders. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION THROUGH E-MAIL.

Shipping Information:
We offer FREE ground shipping in the United States for orders over $200. Orders are sent UPS ground shipping with tracking information. Please allow 5-10 business days. All items are usually shipped within 48 hours. Please allow 3 weeks for custom orders, unless otherwise stated.

Return Policy:
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days for a full refund. PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST NOTIFY US AND GET A CONFIRMATION FROM US IF YOU ARE RETURNING AN ITEM. Please return the order via UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS. You are responsible to have the item insured when returning it. We do not cover the cost of the return shipping and insurance, unless the return is a result of our error. The item must be returned to us in its original packaging. Please also include a copy of the receipt. If you paid by credit card, we will issue a credit. If you paid by check or money order, we will issue a check.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON ANY CUSTOM ORDERS.

Repairs:
We guarantee our rosaries for the life of the rosary, if yours should break, please email or call us to let us know you are returning it and we will fix it for free. You would just need to cover your postage to have it mailed to us.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our site. The actual colors you see will depend on your computer monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
